  • Lead the consultation, design, development, and implementation of web analytics strategy.
  • Manage the digital analytics tools across the Google Marketing Platform suite.
  • Consult with marketing partners to understand their business goals and marketing executions, and how they connect to growth marketing and analytics strategies.
  • Partner with external marketing team and business leaders to translate digital strategies into measurable requirements.
  • Design a cross-campaign analytics program, enabling marketers and analysts to consult on campaign- or page-specific optimizations and recommendations.
  • Develop digital marketing best practices and insights community to share holistic, cross-campaign lessons learned and analytical highlights ensuring alignment across the businesses
  • Direct data layer implementation on new sites and pages across website properties.

  • Own the end-to-end management, planning and execution of our demand generation programs — including implementation, testing, optimization, reporting, and analysis
  • Own all digital channels that we leverage for promotion, including the website and its performance as a demand generation channel
  • Monitor KPIs and own reporting to effectively communicate performance and analyses to the broader team and leadership
  • Lead the evolution of our marketing tech stack as our go-to-market function scales
