The Origin Story

 

The Beginning in Nigeria, 2016-2017 (Informing tomorrow’s future)

 

We started as an environmental communications agency in 2016 to tell stories that would help companies and organisations communicate with local communities about complex eco and environmental concepts especially those related to the UN 17 SDGs in a very simple way through media and communication projects. With this mission, we launched a not-for-profit project, called WeSeparateWaste with support from the United States Department of States and partnership with industry stakeholders. Through our thorough communication strategies, over 500 people including teenagers changed their perception of waste. The project eventually helped build the initial awareness and success of the Retink brand.

 

Finding Solid Grounds in Germany, 2018-2019 (Human interest first)

Following a successful project execution of WeSeparateWaste and communication service provision to companies and communities, Retink Media maintained its niche in environmental communications and advocacy and as a result, rebranded with a new claim of human interest first to establish her voice of working with companies that put people and the planet first before profit. In that light, a new team emerged in Germany, still with a focus on creating content for sustainable and green brands through advocacy, in which we volunteered to document some green startups and organisations events in our early days in Germany in order to understand the eco-space whilst building up the team.

 

Transition, Dark Days and Rebranding, 2020 (Revolutionising digital content)

These were the days of instability and trying to find direction as we were struggling to rebuild a new team and define new goals. Due to this, the operations of the company were paused for a while. During this period the existing team was dissolved and another team was created with a new focus placed on developing unique digital products in the form of Apps that could boost the brand power and bring it back to life; setting our new claim of revolutionising digital content. Although this didn’t last. This short dark period marked a new beginning for Retink Media and set the path of building a brand structured as a tech company with the nature of a media company.

 

Resurrection, Rebranding & Incorporation in Germany, 2021 (Beyooond

Content)

The mission of revolutionising content with human interest and informing tomorrow’s future set the foundation for rebranding Retink Media into a company serving customers beyooond content which is our new claim. Our first claim of informing tomorrow’s future hasn’t changed despite rebranding. What we have done is simply expand our vision, by using our innovative end-to-end content platform to inspire you to tell your business stories. Our platform is guaranteed to help you create the future you imagine for your business. Today, Retink is growing fast with a strong creative and technical team and a wide collection of content services and tools to choose from. We are redefining the way businesses create, consume and distribute content online.

Build our first fully automated AI content studio to curate and create content for

customers in real-time through live engagement as well as partnerships with big
